Will it fit me?
In the box there are 4 different sizes from small-medium-large-big . So you can choose which fits you best. Smallest one is made for 5 years and older.

Do the tabs fall off easily?
No, once applied even water and sweat can't get them off.

How long can i use 1 tab?
It will last you a full day if you don't remove it, otherwise it will lose it's stickyness.

Does it go inside your nose?
No, the magnets and strip are only placed on the outside of your nose.

For now, yes. Until we have found a solution that keeps the tabs re-usable.

Why Nose Breathing?
You will have more energy since you take-up more oxygen when you breathe through your nose (instead of mouth). Air also gets filtered, heat up and moisturized before going into your lungs.
