Order
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs might apply & can be added at checkout.
Visit the shipping page to get an overview for shipping times.
After your order has been shipped out you will receive a confirmation email (check spam-box) with a tracking link that says exactly where your order is.
Alternatively paste your tracking number into this website that shows 99% of all courriers.
*Note that it can take 1-3 business days for orders to be shipped out.
We will cover it and send a replacement (free of charge) to you.
If for some reason you don’t want a replacement please reach out to our support team and they will make something work.
Returns / Refunds
Visit the return page to initiate the returning process and get refunded.
Or go to the contact page if you don’t need to return anything but want a refund or replacement.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the order and get a full refund.

Subscriptions
1. Click on the customer icon next to the cart icon (top right)
Or open the menu (top left) and click Login / Account at the bottom.
2. After logging in click on the menu icon (top left) and go to “subscriptions”, here you can see all your subscription and skip / cancel them whenever you want.
1. Go to the product you want the subscription for.
2. Choose your time period (e.g. every month).
3. Add to cart & once you placed your order,
your subscription will begin and renew from the date the first order was placed.
Example: you choose “every month” and placed an order on April 10th, your second order will (automatically) be placed on May 10th.
*This will keep going until you skip or cancel your subscription.
